About BizFalcon
BizFalcon AI ("BizFalcon", "we", "us") operates Analyst and its product suite — including ProfitFalcon and ClientFalcon — and related BizFalcon AI websites (together, the "Service"). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use any of them. Questions: privacy@bizfalconai.com.
1. Information we collect
Account data — your name, email address, and authentication identifiers when you create an account.
Billing data — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
Uploaded files — when you upload files for analysis, we process the data to generate insights.
Connected platform data — when you authorize a connection (e.g. Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Sheets), we access the data you grant via OAuth, using read scopes only except where you explicitly enable export.
Usage data — log data, device/browser type, and product interactions such as features used and pages visited, used to operate and improve the Service.
2. How we use information
We use your information to: provide analytics, reporting, and AI-generated summaries and insights you request; authenticate your account; process payments and manage your subscription; communicate with you about your account; maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with law; and improve product features and performance. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data storage and security
Your uploaded files are stored in Google Cloud Storage with per-user isolation. Access is controlled via Firebase Authentication. We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest, scoped OAuth tokens, and access controls. Data is stored in the United States. No method is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
4. Data retention and deletion
Your uploaded datasets and analysis results are retained until you delete them or close your account. You may disconnect any platform connection at any time. You can erase everything we hold for you at any time, yourself, from Settings → Privacy → "Delete all my data" (or by contacting us). Deletion is immediate and permanent: your datasets and their files, saved reports, API keys, connected stores, and benchmark contribution are removed and your login is disabled.
5. AI processing
Depending on the AI model you select, your data is sent to the corresponding third-party AI provider for analysis: OpenAI (GPT models), Anthropic (Claude models), or Google (Gemini models). Connected data is sent to these providers solely to fulfill your requests, and each provider's data usage policy applies to that processing. We do not use your data to train our own models and do not share your data with any other third parties except as required by law.
6. Subprocessors
We rely on trusted providers to run the Service, including: Google Cloud / Firebase (hosting, authentication, database, file storage), Stripe (payments), Anthropic, OpenAI and Google (AI processing — the model you select determines which one receives your request), and email delivery for transactional messages. Each processes data only as needed to deliver the Service.
7. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the subprocessors above, when required by law, or with your direction (e.g. exporting to your Google Sheet).
8. Anonymized benchmarks
If you use benchmark features, anonymized ratio metrics derived from your data (such as margin percentages or repeat rates — never raw rows, customer identifiers, or account information) may be aggregated with other customers' ratios to power cross-business benchmarks. Aggregates are only shown when enough businesses contribute that no single business is identifiable. You can request exclusion of your data from benchmark aggregation at any time via privacy@bizfalconai.com.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (Firebase Auth session cookies) and localStorage for user preferences such as theme and domain settings. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
10. Analyst: uploaded files and in-browser analysis
Analyst writes Python and executes it in your browser via WebAssembly. For file-based analysis, the contents of your spreadsheet are computed locally — the numbers you see are produced on your machine. Files you explicitly save to your workspace are uploaded and stored (see section 3); ad-hoc analysis need not be. Connector credentials are held in a server-only location that no browser client can read, including yours; see the Security page for detail.
11. Your rights
Depending on your location, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You may export your data at any time, and you can delete all of it yourself from Settings → Privacy. To exercise any of these rights, or for help, contact us at privacy@bizfalconai.com. EU/UK residents have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR.
12. Children's privacy
Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and we will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
