ClientFalcon · This week

Who needs you this week, and what to send them.

One pass over your whole book: who is slipping, who has outgrown their retainer, and which ecommerce clients lose money on ads at their margin. Each comes with a drafted check-in, fee-review or margin-review message you copy, edit and send.

  • Slipping: ROAS below target or falling, a report overdue, or gone quiet
  • Outgrown the fee: spend grew on a flat retainer, with the fee that restores the agreed rate
  • Margin check: a healthy-looking ROAS that still loses money at the client's margin
ClientFalcon This week: the client book ranked by who needs a check-in or a fee review, each with a drafted message

Questions about this week.

Does it send anything to my clients?
No. Every message is a draft. You copy it, edit it and send it yourself. ClientFalcon never messages a client or changes an ad account.
Can it arrive by email?
Yes, if you turn it on. Every Monday the same brief arrives by email, drafts included. A week with nothing to act on sends nothing, and the switch that turns it on turns it off.
What does it need from me?
Save each client with their retainer, and a contribution margin for ecommerce clients. The fee check compares today's spend with the spend at the audit you won them on. A client with nothing to measure is counted, never shown as fine.
Does it predict who will leave?
No. It reads signals you can see: ROAS against target, the slide since the last report, and how long since you last sent anything. It flags who needs a check-in; it does not claim to know who will cancel.
