How to get the file
Export orders from the BigCommerce control panel and upload the CSV.
Both products run on a file. An agency cannot always get a client’s login, and a brand should not have to grant one to try something.
Direct connection
Not live yet. Today you upload the export you already download from BigCommerce.
BigCommerce exports one row per order with the products in a single Product Details cell, and writes dates day first. The engine reads both as they are. The export has no discount column, so discount analysis needs a file that carries one.
