How to get the file
In Shopify admin, open Orders, choose Export and download the CSV. Upload that file.
Both products run on a file. An agency cannot always get a client’s login, and a brand should not have to grant one to try something.
Direct connection
Not live yet. Today you upload the export you already download from Shopify.
Shopify puts the order's totals on the first line of each order only. The engine takes the totals from that line and the products from the rest, so an order with three items is counted once.
