How to get the file
Export your orders to CSV with an order export that includes Order Number, Order Status, Order Total Amount and Item Cost, then upload the file. Any other order CSV works once you map the total and date columns.
Both products run on a file. An agency cannot always get a client’s login, and a brand should not have to grant one to try something.

WooCommerce repeats the order's totals on every line, and its Item Cost column is the unit price the customer paid. The engine reads it as a price and counts the order totals once.
